Join Philadelphia Parks & Recreation and the Fairmount Park Conservancy for special edition of Second Saturdays!
On September 14th, we're working with our partners in the Strawberry Mansion community to host a 5k run and walk on the Boxers' Trail in East Fairmount Park. This fun event introduce folks to one of Philadelphia's most unique and scenic trails, while raising funds to support important youth programs in East Fairmount Park.
You can show your support by running or walking the trail with us on September 14th! Here's the link to register.
We're also looking for volunteers to help marshal the course, cheer runners on, and/or join the waste-watchers crew, to help ensure it's a zero-waste event. Sign up here to volunteer.
